Corey is a dedicated personal trainer and health coach with a mission rooted in real-life experience. His approach to fitness goes far beyond the gym, focusing on building strength, resilience and sustainable health from the inside out.
Having lived through significant adversity- including chronic pain, depression, anxiety, ADHD and addiction, Corey understands the physical and mental challenges that can hold people back. Through his own journey of healing and growth, he discovered the transformative power of movement, discipline and mindset. The journey ultimately led him to his passion: helping others rize above their struggles and reclaim control of their health.
Corey coaches with empathy, authenticity and purpose, meeting clients where they are at and guiding them towards lasting change. At Rize Up Strength & Conditioning, his goal is not just to help people get stronger- but to help them build confidence, resilience and a better quality of life.
