No. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time.


Yes. Your membership will auto-renew every 28 days at your membership rate + tax.


This one-time fee goes towards the initial investment of the gym equipment and the 24-hour access system that allows the members to access the gym at any time.


We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the total price for your session if you do not notify the trainer within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Exceptions can be made for sicknesses, weather and emergencies.


  • No dropping weights
  • Equipment must be wiped down after each use 
  • Put it back where you got it
  • Be respectful of others when taking photos or videos 
  • No outdoor shoes in the gym
  • Shirts must be worn at all times 
  • Respect the gym like your own home 


Yes. You can pay a one-time fee to attend one of our specialized classes. (see class pricing) Classes must be scheduled in advance by emailing rizeup519@outlook.com


The space is  6500 sf, consisting of cardio machines, a stretching/mobility area, a wide selection of element plate loaded machines, a free weight section, a big open space for classes and conditioning and a private room for personal training, yoga and group coaching.


The gym offers yoga, holistic lifestyle and nutrition coaching.
