A moderate to high-intensity class focused on building total-body strength, improving endurance, and boosting athletic performance using functional movements, weights and cardio intervals.    

BOOTCAMP WORKOUTS

A high-intensity full-body workout session that combines strength training, cardio and functional movements. These workouts feature a variety of drills and circuits designed to boost endurance, build muscle, and improve functionality and overall fitness in a fast paced and motivating environment. For anyone 18 and older.

A  group community workout is a social fitness event that brings people together for a collective exercise experience. It features bootcamp style workouts emphasizing camaraderie and motivation. It's an opportunity to improve health and fitness while connecting with others in a supportive and energetic environment. All ages are welcome.

The workout includes a mix of low impact cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises. All movements are scaled to fit individual fitness levels and goals, ensuring a challenging and safe environment.

The youth workout is a fun and dynamic fitness session designed for kids 13-17. These classes combine circuit training, building strength, coordination, balance and cardiovascular fitness. These workouts are great for beginners and help promote team work and a positive attitude towards exercise.

Our open gym memberships offer 24 hour gym access allowing you to workout on your own schedule day or night. If you are new to the gym, our ON-RAMP program is highly recommended to get you started. This will get you feeling comfortable and confident being in the gym on your own.
